Public Procurement and Bidding Rounds
Public procurement procedures are published in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds (eojn.nn.hr). The Croatian Hydrocarbon Agency conducts simple procurement procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on the Procurement of Goods and Services Based on a Simple Procurement Procedure as defined in the provisions of Article 15 (2) of the Public Procurement Act (NN 120/16).
