Organisational Structure

The bodies of the Agency are the Supervisory Board and the Management Board. The organisational structure of the Agency is based on nine organisational units.

The Regulation on the Organization and Systematization of Workplaces establishes the organizational forms including the content of work, methods and coordination of work.

The Agency employs highly educated employees with significant experience gained from working in the private and public sector in Croatia and abroad in the fields of energy, geology, petroleum engineering, mining, chemical engineering, finance and law.

The Agency’s affairs are managed by the Management Board headed by Marijan Krpan, President of the Management Board.

 

Agency is managed by the Supervisory Board, which consists of the president and five members.
