NOTIFICATION on conducting a bidding round for the selection for the most favorable bidder for the exploration of geothermal waters in the exploration area „Lipik“ in order to issue a permit for the extraction of geothermal waters in energy purposes.
In accordance with Decision of the Ministry of Economy and Susatainable Development, CLASS: 392-01/22-01/33, ID number: 517-07-3-2-22-2, from July 18, 2022, a bidding round is being held to select the most favorable bidder for the exploration of geothermal waters in the exploration area „Lipik“ for the purpose of issuing a permit for the extraction of geothermal waters for energy purposes.
The subject of the bidding round includes the entire unique procedure for issuing a permit for the exploration of geothermal waters and a permit for extraction of geothermal waters with all its phases.
Offer has to be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope to the address: Croatian Hydrocarbon Agency, Miramarska 24, 10 000 ZAGREB, with the indication: ,,DO NOT OPEN – bidding round for the selection of the most favorable bidder for the exploration of geothermal waters in the exploration area „Lipik“ for the purpose of issuing a permit for the extraction of geothermal waters for energy purposes“.
Offers must be submitted no later than December 19, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. The offer submitted after the deadline for the submission of offers is not opened, it is marked as incorrect and returned to the bidder.
